  6. 4. Turn in fist draft to cybox before class on Wed. We will be sharing and improving our analysis in class.

  • Your Slide Presentations: analyzing objects from Farm House

  3. 1. Pick any three works to analyze the grid on. Use tracing paper over the image see if they use a golden ratio, or root 2-4. Use Geometry Proportion, Compositional Grids, Rabatment Method, Diagonal and Center or Rule of Thirds to analyze each work.
  4. 2. Turn in a PDF with your image, your grid, and the grid over the image. Write a paragraph explaining what type of grid they are using and how you came to that conclusion.
  5. 3. DRESS WARM: bring hats/gloves/scarves. Public Art Works Tour will be both outside as well as inside.

  5. 4. Think about an augmented layer you want to add to your work to enhance viewer understanding. (overlay a grid, add sound, Add in-process images, add a video of process or item in use.)
  6. Final Label Project: 8x10 printed with image of your work, and label below. Add augmented overlay with Aurasma to enhance viewers understanding of the peice. (Final DUE: Wed. April 6th)

    • 1. Write 1.5-2.5 page double spaced, compareing and contrasting 2 works.
    • - Different work by same artist,
    • - Similar work be different artist,
    • - Art in the same location,
    • - Or just two pieces you like.
    • 2. Include image of each work.
    • 3. Use Aurasma to add, extra images, sound, or video to further the comparison/contrast.
